According to the announcement, comrades: Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee will periodically receive citizens in November at 8:00 a.m. on November 8 at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office (No. 45 Bac Son Street, Quang Trung Ward, Hai Duong City ).

The Provincial People's Committee Office requests citizens to register directly at the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee before November 6. The Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman receive citizens to register complaints and denunciations under the jurisdiction of the provincial level.

For complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections under the jurisdiction of departments, branches and district-level People's Committees, citizens are requested to contact competent agencies and individuals for consideration and resolution.
