QTO - On the morning of July 1, 2025, before the first session of the People's Council of Dong Hoi ward, term I, 2021-2026, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Hoi ward held a flower and incense offering ceremony at the Temple of Uncle Ho and the Provincial Heroes and Martyrs - located in the center of the provincial capital, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Dong Hoi Ward, Quang Tri Province.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Pham Thi Han, member of the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Dong Hoi Ward Party Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Party Executive Committee, leaders of the People's Committee and representatives of departments, branches and unions of the ward.

The event is a historical milestone, affirming the determination to build a streamlined, effective and efficient government apparatus in accordance with the spirit of the Central Resolution.

After the bell-ringing ceremony, the delegation of Dong Hoi ward solemnly observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader who devoted his whole life to national independence and people's happiness, along with the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed for the Fatherland.
