Outdoor stage "explodes" with emotion.
Featuring beloved names like Duc Phuc, Orange, rapper RAMC, DJ Trang Moon, Linzy, XKEY Band, and Hanoi X Girl, the Halo! Halo Fest music festival delivered a "party" of sound and light that lasted until late at night. Thousands of young people immersed themselves in hit songs such as "Hon Ca Yeu" (More Than Love), "Nguoi Oi Nguoi O Dung Ve" (My Dear, Don't Leave), and "Khi Em Lon" (When I Grow Up)... amidst the vibrant atmosphere of the beach square, eye-catching visual effects, and captivating dance performances.
"I'm really enjoying the street festival atmosphere here. The street food is delicious, the music is lively. I'm having a great time," shared Mathis Riepe, a German tourist.
New life for the night streets.
More than just a music festival, the event also marked the impressive debut of the Halong Marina Street Fest night pedestrian street, attracting over 12,000 visitors in just the first three days (July 10-12). Designed by renowned architect Salvador Perez Arroyo, the street, over 500 meters long, features more than 100 food stalls, OCOP product vendors, interactive games, art spaces, and more, operating three evenings a week from 5 PM to 10 PM.
With the motto "One experience every week - One joy every evening," Halong Marina Street Fest is gradually becoming an unmissable destination for residents and tourists.
“This was a very enjoyable weekend experience with family and friends. I believe that this summer, this place will be a very popular destination,” shared Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Dung, a resident of Bai Chay ward.
Shaping a dynamic coastal urban lifestyle.
Organized by BIM Land – a member of the BIM Group, Halong Marina Street Fest is part of a strategy to create a modern urban seaside lifestyle, where relaxation, entertainment, and community all converge. With the message "Taste – Play – Discover," the event contributes to shaping nightlife habits, fostering community bonds, and enriching the living experiences of residents.
The space is organized into distinct zones: food court, Kidzone, art check-in area, street games, helping each generation of residents – from young children and teenagers to the elderly – find their own "fun zone".
Promoting the night-time economy – a sustainable development strategy.
More than just a summer festival, Halong Marina Street Fest is a strategic move by BIM Land to promote the night-time economy – one of the urban development priorities of Quang Ninh province, aiming to transform Ha Long into a modern, internationally integrated city.
Within that strategy, the Sora Bay Halong project – the venue for Halo! Halo Fest – is considered a pioneering night-time commercial street model in Quang Ninh. With 256 commercial units, the project boasts a central location in the Halong Marina Peninsula 2, meticulously planned with modern design, wide frontages, and flexible layouts suitable for businesses such as F&B, fashion, boutique hotels, or high-end service experiences.
Benefiting from the proximity of high-end hotels and resorts such as InterContinental Halong Bay Resort and Citadines Marina Halong, along with year-round events and festivals, Sora Bay Halong has the potential to attract a stable flow of tourists, opening up attractive and sustainable investment opportunities.
From planning to lifestyle – creating a holistic ecosystem.
BIM Land not only develops infrastructure but also pioneers the creation of a living, tourism, entertainment, and investment ecosystem in Ha Long. Activities like the Halong Marina Street Fest demonstrate the company's shifting urban development mindset: not just building houses, but creating a new lifestyle that is rich in emotion and deeply connected to the community.
