The localeducation sector and schools have prepared plans to ensure convenience for candidates and parents to look up exam scores, especially in the provinces after the merger. At the same time, there are plans to support candidates in remote areas who have difficulties with equipment, Internet connection, etc.
Proactive options
This year, Sin Ho High School ( Lai Chau ) has 168 students taking the high school graduation exam. Mr. Tran Van Tuan - Principal of the school, said: "We have instructed students to proactively look up exam scores when they are announced. Students have had an account to register for the exam to look up exam scores and register their wishes since May. Up to now, no students have reported any difficulties in the process of looking up exam scores."
According to Mr. Tuan, for students in remote areas with poor phone signal and Internet connection quality, the school will help them enter their registration number to view their scores.
Mr. Bui Quang Dinh - Vice Principal of Nguyen Chi Thanh High School ( Dak Lak ) said that the school is located in a remote commune of Krong No, where communication conditions, especially 4-5G network, are limited, making it difficult for students to access information.
Therefore, the school has directed the information technology and communications department to closely coordinate with homeroom teachers in opening a computer room, available 24/7 to help students and families check their scores. For students in convenient areas or families with Internet access, the school recommends that teachers stay in touch to be ready to support students and parents when needed.
Similarly, at Tran Hung Dao High School (Dak Lak), Mr. Duong Xuan Vy - Vice Principal and a team of teachers in charge of information technology and admissions consulting will be on duty 24/7.
“Each student is given a code to access their graduation scores as well as register for university admission. However, with the characteristics of a school in a remote area, Internet access is limited, the 4-5G network is unstable, and many villages do not have signal, so it is natural that students will come to school to check their scores. The teaching staff is always proactive in contacting, providing information and accompanying students during this important time,” said Mr. Vy.
Located far from the center of the capital, Mr. Duong Chi Sy - Principal of Luu Hoang High School (Binh Luu Quang, Hanoi) said that in 2025, the whole school has 309 grade 12 students participating in the High School Graduation Exam. According to the instructions, the school has instructed students to log in to the link to look up exam scores of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training and the Ministry of Education and Training.
In addition, students can come to school to check their scores. Teachers have arranged a computer room with high-speed Internet connection to help students access their exam results most conveniently. Currently, the school has fully prepared a large-capacity transmission system to support parents and students in looking up exam scores.
To ensure a smooth process of looking up exam scores, Mr. Le Thanh Giang - Principal of Giao Thuy High School (Ninh Binh) noted that candidates need to prepare their registration number, ID card/CCCD/DDD and login code if looking up on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training. Check the Internet connection to ensure uninterrupted access.
“After receiving the exam scores, candidates also need to pay attention to the time to submit an appeal application, if any, and other important timelines related to university admissions according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training,” Mr. Le Thanh Giang further emphasized.

Admissions consulting companion
Even though it is summer vacation, the admissions consulting department of Muong Te High School (Lai Chau) is still on call to help students when they encounter difficulties, especially as the announcement of high school graduation exam results is approaching.
Mr. Dieu Chinh Hoa - a member of the admissions consulting team of Muong Te High School shared: "This is the time when students are most nervous to know the exam results. Career guidance, choosing the right major and school has been carried out by the school since the school year. However, we are ready to support, share and advise students so that they can choose the right major based on the scores achieved in the recent exam."
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Binh - Principal of Muong Te High School, said: "In the mountainous area of Lai Chau, some students in mountainous and especially disadvantaged villages currently do not have electricity or phone signal. Therefore, the school has sent a team of admission consultants to support them when necessary.
In addition, the school has a computer room with internet connection ready to support students who need help when there is no computer or internet connection. We also plan to assign staff to the computer room to support candidates in registering and adjusting their university admission wishes. In addition, we mobilize the team of homeroom teachers to regularly connect with students to support them with techniques related to online registration.
Ky Son High School (Nghe An) has more than 540 students taking the high school graduation exam this year. With the characteristics of students in remote, border areas, the school has proactively developed plans to support students in looking up their exam scores. In particular, the admissions department is assigned to be on duty at the school. If any student does not have a device or computer to access the Internet, they can go to the school's computer room to look up their scores.
In case students live far from school, they can directly call or text their registration number to ask their teachers to check their scores. The school is also ready to advise students on university, college or vocational school admission, labor export... based on high school graduation exam scores and academic records.
Located in an urban area, students of Ha Huy Tap High School (Vinh Phu, Nghe An) do not have difficulty with equipment or Internet connection when looking up exam scores. After the announcement of high school graduation exam scores, students can also start registering for university admission.
According to Mr. Cao Thanh Bao - Principal of the school, the new point in university admissions this year is that candidates will enter all data on the scores of the High School Graduation Exams, capacity assessments, international language certificates, priority points (if any), high school transcripts... to conduct the admission process, without having to register by subject group.
The virtual filtering software in the university admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training will receive all data and return results in order of priority in the candidates' wishes. Therefore, the most important thing is that candidates must carefully study the university's admission method, to choose their favorite major based on meeting the admission conditions.
Admissions consulting is carried out by the school throughout the school year and at this time, it continues to update notable new points on the school's bulletin board and fanpage for students and parents to grasp.

Ensuring information infrastructure
In Nghe An, the whole province has nearly 40 thousand candidates taking the high school graduation exam. According to Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan - Chief of Office of Nghe An Department of Education and Training, with a large number of students, the department has strengthened the information technology infrastructure to ensure the announcement of exam results at 8:00 a.m. on July 16, absolutely not allowing network congestion to occur.
In addition to the Ministry of Education and Training's information portal, Nghe An students and parents can also visit the Department of Education and Training's website: nghean.edu.vn to look up graduation exam scores. In addition, the department will transfer exam score data to high schools and vocational education and training centers in the area so that these units can post them, making it convenient for students to look up.
Immediately after the exam results are available, the Department of Education and Training will approve the high school graduation results on July 17. At the same time, it will organize the reception of appeal applications and review them according to regulations to ensure the rights of students.
In Ninh Binh, Mr. Pham Tien Dung - Head of the Department of Education Quality Management under the Department of Education and Training said that in preparation for the announcement of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam scores, the Education sector has directed specialized departments to fully prepare facilities, server infrastructure, Internet and complete exam score data.
In particular, the Department of Education and Training has coordinated with VNPT Ninh Binh and Viettel Ninh Binh to arrange servers, high-speed Internet infrastructure, and security work to ensure data safety to announce exam scores on the Department of Education and Training's website at https://ninhbinh.edu.vn/ and http://diemtnthpt. ninhbinh.edu.vn.
As a newly merged unit, Dak Lak province has more than 80 high schools, so the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training has also carefully prepared from technology infrastructure to human resources to serve the examination score lookup of candidates and people.
Dr. Le Thi Thanh Xuan - Director of the Department of Education and Training said that the Department has now connected data to the national examination management system, ensuring that data entry, processing and announcement of exam scores are carried out on schedule. At the same time, it has enhanced the security of candidate information, avoided data leaks, and ensured system security when announcing exam scores.
“We publicly provide a variety of search channels for students and parents to access, such as: the electronic information portal of the Ministry of Education and Training, the separate search portal of the Department of Education and Training at 2 addresses: www.gddt.daklak.gov.vn; http://diemthi.daklak.edu.vn; http://tracuudiem.phuyen.edu.vn.
In particular, instruct schools to guide management staff and homeroom teachers to grasp the search address to best support candidates," said Dr. Le Thi Thanh Xuan. According to Ms. Xuan, using the Department of Education and Training's own Search Portal helps to distribute the system load, avoiding overload when too many candidates and parents access at the same time. Up to now, at high schools and vocational education and training centers, the address and search method have been publicly posted.
The Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training has directed specialized departments to review the test score data of all three previous examination councils (Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh) to synthesize into common data to serve the work of announcing test scores on the same system to ensure consistency and save costs compared to before when the three provinces announced separate test scores.
