At the conference, Mr. Ha Thai Son - Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union said that this year, the Provincial Student Association has implemented the "Green Shirt Tutor" model. This volunteer team consists of excellent union members and students to support 12th grade students in reviewing and consolidating knowledge, especially for high school graduation exams. The lessons are organized flexibly to ensure that students, whether in urban or remote areas, have the opportunity to access knowledge effectively.
According to Mr. Son, the provincial Youth Union and Association also pay special attention and have volunteers of the program review the list of students at risk of not being able to take the exam due to economic conditions or family circumstances.
"Immediately after that, the Provincial Youth Union organized trips to visit and encourage the students, gave gifts and arranged free transportation to ensure that all students arrived at the exam site safely," said Mr. Son.

Mr. Thieu Minh Quynh - Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union said that before the exam, the Provincial Youth Union closely coordinated with functional agencies, especially the Provincial Police, to prevent negative phenomena such as illegal dissemination of documents, traffic safety violations, and food insecurity in front of the exam school gate, contributing to creating the most favorable and safe conditions for candidates.
Regarding volunteer forces, Hung Yen has established more than 300 "Exam Support Teams", mobilizing nearly 5,000 union members and young people to actively participate in supporting at exam sites. In particular, Nghe An has recently been severely affected by floods. The Provincial Youth Union has quickly compiled a list of affected students, especially those in mountainous communes and remote areas, to visit, encourage and provide timely support, helping them to quickly stabilize their psychology and return to school.

As a media ambassador of the program, MC Khanh Vy said that she always felt the warmth and closeness that the volunteers brought to the students during the important stage of the exam. Next year, she thinks that the Organizing Committee should continue to invite KOLs to appear directly at the exam sites, not only for the high school exam but also for the 10th grade entrance exam or the competency assessment exam.
"We can increase the use of infographics and AI video editing to present information such as "What to prepare before the exam", "Tips for getting high scores on the exam"... These videos, if edited vividly, following the trend and concisely, will be very suitable for young people's tastes", Khanh Vy suggested.
