Regarding the implementation status of projects up to now: 12/21 projects have been allocated capital and implemented, while 9/21 projects have not been announced for capital and have not been implemented. At the conference, delegates focused on discussing solutions in the coming time such as: Speeding up the progress of site clearance, investment and construction procedures, bidding, selecting good consulting units and construction units, ensuring sufficient capacity and conditions for project construction. It is necessary to have a roadmap and specific work quantification for each time and stage, ensuring the completion of the project according to the set schedule. Proposing the Provincial People's Committee to establish an interdisciplinary appraisal working group to facilitate the project approval process...

Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong emphasized: For the rural electricity supply project from the national grid, immediately after this conference, the People's Committees of districts with projects to be implemented need to immediately establish a District Steering Committee, headed by the Party Secretary, with members of the Standing Committee regularly monitoring and taking responsibility for the progress and supervision of the project. The projects and works to be implemented must ensure safety; inspections must be carried out right from the bidding, design and construction stages, avoiding the situation of selecting contractors and construction enterprises that are not qualified. Specialized departments and branches need to advise and advise investors to speed up the steps to complete the project... The Provincial People's Committee should consider and promote inspection and supervision of design, techniques, documents and contractor capacity.
