On August 21, a representative of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau said that there had been an official dispatch directing the placement of students and not organizing quality tests for students at the beginning of the secondary school year.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau, the requirement that schools do not organize quality tests at the beginning of the school year is to avoid creating pressure for students at the beginning of the school year; not to arrange "selective classes" or "advanced classes" (except for specialized classes in specialized high schools) in any form is to avoid creating pressure and easily leading to the phenomenon of "running for classes"...
Instead, the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau suggested that schools should pay attention and have solutions to foster excellent students, organize effective review sessions for final year students, and support students whose academic results do not meet the requirements according to regulations.
Promote the role of teachers in organizing, guiding, supporting students to be proactive, positive, self-aware and develop self-study and group study skills throughout the learning process.

For high school level, schools need to effectively organize consultation and guidance for students to register for choosing elective subjects and elective study topics, ensuring publicity, transparency, correct procedures, and balance between subjects according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training .
Increase the arrangement of separate classes according to each selected subject and selected study topic, be flexible in arranging the number of students in the class to best meet the needs and wishes of students; ensure the assignment of teachers, build a scientific and reasonable timetable between classes, without causing pressure on students and teachers.
“The Department of Education and Training requests heads of units and schools to properly implement the contents of this document. During the implementation process, if any difficulties or problems arise, schools should report to the Department of Education and Training for timely guidance and resolution,” the document stated.
