2. How to make lemongrass chili chicken feet
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
Wash the chicken feet with salt several times and peel off the yellow skin. Next, boil a pot of water and put the chicken feet in to boil for 5 minutes. Then, reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes before turning off the stove.
Next, quickly remove the chicken feet and rinse under cold water until the chicken feet are completely cool, then drain.
When the chicken feet are drained, use scissors to trim the toenails clean, and cut the bone below the nail joints into short pieces.
Peel 5 lemongrass stalks, crush them and cut them into finger-length pieces. Peel the remaining 2 lemongrass stalks, crush them and cut them into thin slices.
