Instructions for Viettel 10k advance payment with My Viettel
With this method, you can advance up to 10,000 VND/time and pay a service fee of 1,500 VND. Download the My Viettel application and create an account, then follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to My Viettel.
Step 2: Select Deposit.
Step 3: In the new interface that opens, select Advance.
Step 4: Read the notice and click on Advance if you accept the terms.
Instructions for Viettel 10k advance payment using 511
Viettel only supports advance payment by 511 via USSD. To be approved, you only need to satisfy the following conditions:
- The subscription has been used for at least 90 days.
- Total monthly spending must be at least 150,000 VND.
- Subscribers do not owe service fee 511.
When you are eligible, you will be able to advance a certain amount of money (reviewed by the operator). To advance Viettel money using USSD, follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap on the Calls app.
Step 2: Enter “*511#”.
Step 3: Click call and wait for results.
Instructions for Viettel advance payment 20k by USSD 911
This is a quick cash advance service that allows advance of 20,000 VND/time for all qualified subscribers. To advance money using 911, you must satisfy the following conditions:
- Subscription must be activated for over 60 days.
- The original account balance at the time of advance payment is between 1 and 5,000 VND.
- The subscription is not locked one way.
- Subscribers do not owe 911 service fees.
Each time you advance, the subscriber must pay 23,000 VND. Of which, 20,000 VND is the amount advanced, and 3,000 VND (15%) is the fee for the advance service. To advance money using USSD 911, do the following:
Step 1: Go to the Calls app.
Step 2: Enter “*911#” and press call.
Step 3: If successful, you will receive a notification that you have advanced 20,000 VND. If not, Viettel will send a response message with the reason why the advance cannot be made.
Instructions for Viettel advance payment of 50k using 5511
This way to advance 50k Viettel only requires using SMS. But first, your subscription needs to meet 3 conditions:
- Usage time must be over 90 days.
- Total spending in the most recent month is at least 150,000 VND.
- Subscribers do not owe service fees 5511.
If you want to advance money by SMS, do the following:
Step 1: Go to the Messages app.
Step 2: Compose “XT”.
Step 3: Send 5511 and wait for results.
Instructions for Viettel 100k advance payment using 9118
If you want to advance 100,000 VND/time, use the Airtime Credit service (9118). This is a quick and simple way to advance 100k Viettel money. To be approved, you need to meet the following conditions:
- The subscription must be activated at least 60 days before the advance payment.
- The amount in the account must be at least 1 VND at the time of application.
- Subscribers do not owe service fee 9118.
If you advance 5,000 VND, the total transaction of the subscriber in the last 3 months must be at least 70,000 VND. If you advance more than 5,000 VND, the total transaction of the original account in the last 3 months must be at least 10 times the amount of money you intend to advance. For example, if you want to advance 10,000 VND, the total transaction must be at least 100,000 VND in the last 3 months.
Once you meet all the conditions, you just need to follow these steps to get an advance:
Step 1: Tap on the SMS Messaging app.
Step 2: Enter the syntax “UT”.
Step 3: Press send 9118 and wait for response.
If you receive a notification that the advance payment is unsuccessful, it means that the operator believes that the subscriber does not meet the conditions of the service package. If the advance payment is successful, you must return 115% of the advanced amount (for advances under 50,000 VND) or 117% of the advanced amount (for advances over 50,000 VND).
