The Executive Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term held its first conference.

The conference was attended by Standing members, members of the Standing Committee, and members of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

The conference focused on discussing and approving many important contents, providing orientation for the next term, including: Draft of the Personnel Project of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030; Draft Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

The conference approved reports on the establishment of advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee; arrangement and establishment of grassroots party organizations; addition of members to the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and the decision to establish sub-committees of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

At the Conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Van Muoi requested delegates to focus on discussing and proposing solutions to promote development in all fields, aiming for rapid and sustainable development in the following years and adding these contents to the draft political report.

Regarding difficulties and problems in practice, especially regarding land, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed to establish working groups to resolve them. Departments established specialized working groups to resolve difficulties and promote development, especially sending experts to all 124 communes, wards, and special zones to directly resolve difficulties and problems regarding land.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi especially emphasized the sense of responsibility of the leaders of departments and branches; at the same time, affirmed that the documents and procedures must go together. The leaders of the departments specifically reviewed the current situation of the units under their management, focusing on resolving outstanding issues.

After the conference, departments and branches continued to discuss to issue specific and detailed plans, creating clear growth scenarios for each field.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi called on leaders of departments and branches living far away to minimize going home on Saturdays and Sundays, and instead focus on going to the field to learn about and resolve difficulties in the locality.

Finally, comrade Ho Van Muoi emphasized: "Lam Dong has a large area, great prospects and expectations, we must join hands and make efforts to complete the task, achieve the set economic growth target, worthy of the largest province in the country and complete the tasks assigned by the Government".
