The years that President Ho Chi Minh lived in Hue , with the knowledge he learned in school combined with the vibrant struggles of patriotic movements in the ancient capital, created a change in his thoughts on saving the country and people before the age of 20. The late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong once commented: “The time in Hue was the time when Nguyen Tat Thanh grew up and started going to school. Those years were extremely important for the formation of Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh”.
