Because the aviation industry is a specialized profession with conditions. To meet the human resources for the project in the future, since 2020, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Dong Nai has worked with the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam on human resource needs and sent a document requesting the Vietnam Aviation Science and Technology Institute to support the development of an outline and draft project to train high-quality aviation human resources to serve Long Thanh airport. However, up to now, the Vietnam Aviation Science and Technology Institute has not responded in writing.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh, Vice Chairman of Long Thanh District People's Committee, said that the locality is developing a project "Training high-quality human resources to meet the development needs of Long Thanh urban area", including the airport. If there is close coordination from the employer, the future job opportunities will be more specific, students will have an easier time choosing a career, and training institutions will also have plans to recruit and train human resources to meet the right requirements.
Currently, to meet the human resources for the project, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Dong Nai province, said that she will advise the Provincial People's Committee on a working plan with the Ministry of Transport , the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam and labor-using companies, connecting vocational schools in the province with airlines and units with the function of aviation training, to link or coordinate the training of human resources of the province to serve Long Thanh airport.
Provide information to people about recruitment needs, training professions, training locations, and standards to be met before recruitment so that parents and students know, choose a profession that suits their abilities, and study aviation professions that serve the airport.
