The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just announced the results of the selection of an organization to auction assets on land, transfer land use rights for the real estate facility at 250-252-254 Bach Dang (Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District). Accordingly, Quang Nam Finance and Price Joint Stock Auction Company is the unit selected to auction this "golden" land along the Han River.

Previously, the Department of Finance of Da Nang announced the selection of an organization to auction the assets according to the decision of the People's Committee of Da Nang City. This is the land where the old Da Nang City Customs Department building is located, facing the Han River.

The starting price of assets on land and land use rights transfer is more than 889 billion VND. Of which, the value of land use rights alone is more than 879 billion VND and the value of assets on land is nearly 10 billion VND.

According to records, since the headquarters of the Da Nang Customs Department moved to the new headquarters on Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, this building was handed over to Da Nang City. From 2017 until now, the land and the 4-storey building here have been left empty and quiet.

The land is located in a prime location, the busiest commercial area in Da Nang, with a "million dollar view" located between the Han River swing bridge and Dragon Bridge, overlooking the Han River.

According to the adjusted land price list for the period 2020-2024, which has just been announced by the People's Committee of Da Nang City and applied from January 1, 2025, the land plot at 250-254 Bach Dang is located on the road section with the highest price in Da Nang. Specifically, more than 1km from Le Duan Street to Nguyen Van Linh Street (the area from the Han River Swing Bridge to Dragon Bridge) the land price is 286 million VND/m2.
