The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just announced the results of the selection of an auction organization for the transfer of land use rights for the property at 250-252-254 Bach Dang Street (Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District). Accordingly, Quang Nam Finance and Pricing Joint-Stock Auction Company has been selected to organize the auction of this prime land along the Han River. |

The starting price for the assets on the land and the transfer of land use rights is over 889 billion VND. Of this, the value of the land use rights alone is over 879 billion VND, and the value of the assets on the land is nearly 10 billion VND. |

| According to records, since the Da Nang City Customs Department headquarters moved to its new location on Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, this building has been handed over to Da Nang City. From 2017 to the present, the land and the four-story building have remained vacant and unoccupied. |

Specifically, the more than 1km stretch from Le Duan Street to Nguyen Van Linh Street (the area from the Han River swing bridge to the Dragon Bridge) has a land price of 286 million VND/m2. |
