Ola Electric recently launched its new electric scooter S1 Pro Sport at its Sankalp event. The scooter has a suggested retail price of 1.50 lakh rupees (about 39 million VND) and is a sportier version of the Ola S1 Pro. The special feature is that the Ola S1 Pro Sport electric motorbike is equipped with an advanced driving assistance system (ADAS), a feature commonly found on high-end cars and motorbikes, now appearing for the first time on a popular electric vehicle model.
Specifically, the ADAS package on the S1 Pro Sport includes features: adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, lane departure warning and traction control system. Users can choose from three driving modes: rain, urban and track. The S1 Pro Sport has a sporty appearance with a large windshield, carbon fiber panels, spoiler and sensor cluster, front camera that both serves ADAS and has the ability to record or live stream the journey. The S1 Pro Sport suspension system includes telescopic forks up front and a rear monoshock with adjustable preload. The bike rides on 14-inch alloy wheels, with wide tyres for increased grip and a rugged look. The seat height is 791mm and the under-seat storage has a capacity of 34 litres.
The Ola S1 Pro Sport electric motorbike is equipped with 14-inch alloy wheels with wide tires to increase grip and enhance stability at high speeds. Powering the car is a 21 horsepower electric motor, capable of accelerating from 0-40 km/h in just 2 seconds and reaching a top speed of 152 km/h. The 5.2 kWh battery pack with 4680 Bharat cells developed by Ola allows for a range of about 320 km per charge. Other upgrades on the S1 Pro Sport include the new MoveOS6 operating system, voice assistant support, smart charging, mood customization, predictive maintenance, and more.
According to the plan, Ola will open bookings in India from October 20 and start delivering cars from January 2026. In addition to the Sport version, the company also launched two other options, the S1 Pro+ and Roadster X+, both equipped with 4680 Bharat batteries.
