According to the Department of Food Safety, recently, the following links: https://www.hangucplaza.com/vien-men-vi-sinh-life-space-triple-strength-probiotic-30-vien/; https://ausmart.vn/ have been advertising the above health protection food products without the content being confirmed by a competent state agency, violating the provisions of the law on food advertising.

The Food Safety Department also informed recently at the links: https://tiki.vn/men-uong-vi-sinh-medispores-biota-bo-sung-loi-khuan-giam-trieu-chung-roi-loan-tieu-hoa-do-su-dung-khang-sinh-dai-ngay-ho-tro-hap-thu-p168553526.html; https://trungtamthuoc.com/medispores-biota is advertising the health protection food Medispores Biota without having the content confirmed by a competent state agency, violating the provisions of the law on food advertising.

The Food Safety Department is coordinating with relevant authorities to verify and handle according to current regulations 10 health protection food products that violate advertising regulations.
