Allkpop reported on May 19 that the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's drug investigation unit had requested an arrest warrant for Yoo Ah-in over concerns that he had destroyed evidence. The decision was made after the police finished questioning Yoo Ah-in for 21 hours during the second summons.
During the interrogation, the actor repeatedly denied the allegations against him. Regarding the allegations of Propofol abuse for about 2 years since 2021, Yoo Ah-in said that the use was only for " medical purposes". He affirmed that the substances Ketamine and Zolpidem were also drugs prescribed by doctors for " medical purposes", there was no abuse.
