There are 3 remaining locations in Phuoc Tan Ward (Bien Hoa City) that have been proposed by enterprises but have not been licensed. In addition, after completing land lease procedures for quarries in the Tam Phuoc - Phuoc Tan quarry cluster, quarrying enterprises will recover about 1 million m³ of land to supply to the project.
