On August 27, CapitaLand Development (CLD) officially launched the second "Footsteps of Love" campaign in Hanoi , with the support of CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF). In collaboration with Blue Dragon Children's Organization, the campaign aims to call on the community to join hands to support disadvantaged children and adolescents in Vietnam.
The program also contributes to highlighting the importance of increasing the rate of children going to school and reducing the dropout rate for disadvantaged students in Vietnam.
"Footsteps of Love" is CapitaLand's long-term commitment to sustainable development, community engagement and creating positive values in Vietnam, where the Group has been present for the past 30 years since 1994. This is one of the activities under the annual #GivingAsOne campaign supported by CHF to encourage employees, partners and customers to volunteer together.
Following the success of the first campaign held in Binh Duong in March 2024, the program continues to be implemented in Hanoi from August 28 to October 19, 2024. CHF commits to supporting 30,000 USD (more than 700 million VND) when achieving the total goal of 200 million steps from the online walking campaign and 20 million steps from the outdoor walking event within the framework of the program "Steps to connect love".

For the online walking campaign, the Organizing Committee encourages participants to record their steps during the program to reach the goal of 200 million steps together. The campaign will end with an outdoor walking event on October 20, 2024 in Ocean City, Gia Lam District, Hanoi.
Participants can choose to walk or run 2km or 5km with friends, family and pets. The program is free for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Register to attend the event at https://togetherwestep.vn/ha-noi-2024/.

CLD has committed to support 30,000 USD to upgrade the kitchen at Thanh Tuyen Kindergarten (campus 2), contributing to improving nutrition for students here. The project was completed and officially handed over to the school on August 2, 2024, marking the successful end of the program. With this event, we are honored to cooperate with Blue Dragon Children's Organization with the desire to support street children and students in difficult circumstances in Vietnam ".

The Senique Hanoi, a large-scale apartment project developed by CLD in the east of the capital, is the main sponsor of this campaign.
