Mr. Ho Van Hoc, Director of the Cooperative, said: The Cooperative was established in 2021. Realizing that the agricultural output of Chi Lang district (old) is large and abundant but often faces difficulties in output, the Cooperative has proactively connected and acted as a focal point for consuming agricultural products for the people. On average, each year, the Cooperative consumes over 1,500 tons of cassava, custard apple, lychee, etc. for the people...

Similarly, since its establishment, the Chi Lang District Agricultural Cooperative has made efforts to solve the problem of product output for members and people in Chi Lang commune and some neighboring areas. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly, Director of the Cooperative, said: The Cooperative was established in 2018 with the business of producing and trading agricultural and forestry products. In order to consume agricultural products for members and people in the area, the Cooperative has proactively sought partners in many places, promoting on digital platforms so that many people know about the district's agricultural products. On average, each year, the Cooperative consumes about 1,000 tons of chili, custard apple, vegetables, tubers... for members and people in the area.

Linking product consumption helps farmers focus on developing production to improve the quality of agricultural products. Mr. Do Khac Thu, Chi Lang commune said: My family has about 500 custard apple trees, each year harvesting about 4 tons of fruit. In previous years, the family often had to take their own products to the market to sell, which was very difficult, and the prices were unstable. Since linking with the Chi Lang District Agricultural Cooperative, the consumption of products of the family and other households has been very favorable. The Cooperative consumes products at stable prices, higher than the market. Since then, the family has been able to focus on taking care of them to improve the productivity and quality of custard apples.

Along with the above two cooperatives, other agricultural and forestry cooperatives in the district have proactively connected and consumed products. Mr. Vi Thien Viet, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chi Lang Commune, said: In recent years, in addition to developing production, agricultural and forestry cooperatives in the commune have proactively sought to expand markets, thereby consuming key agricultural products of cooperative members and local people with a consumption output of over 15,000 tons/year.

In addition to the initiative of cooperatives, relevant agencies and sectors have implemented a number of support and companion solutions to improve production and business efficiency, especially in promoting and introducing products of cooperatives. Specifically, from 2021 to present, relevant agencies and units have supported nearly 900 million VND for 25 cooperatives to build a product traceability system; promote agricultural products on mass media; participate in fairs to promote, introduce and consume agricultural and forestry products... In addition, relevant agencies and sectors have coordinated to organize training courses on business administration, promotion and development of product consumption markets for representatives of cooperatives; support bringing young intellectuals to work at cooperatives; support access to preferential loans and programs and projects to support production development...

Mr. Lieu Xuan Du, Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union, said: Taking advantage of available potentials and advantages, a number of agricultural and forestry cooperatives in Chi Lang commune have promoted their role as "midwives" to connect product consumption for the people. Thereby, cooperatives in the commune have not only solved the output for agricultural products of the people, but also helped the cooperatives gradually develop.
