It is known that the area of ​​Nguyen Dinh Chieu - Huynh Tan Phat intersection is within the scope of land acquisition and clearance of the essential infrastructure project to stabilize the lives of residents in Ward 8 and Phu Hung commune (phase 2) invested by the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Agricultural Works and Rural Development, and implemented by the People's Committee of Ben Tre City.

The Management Board of Traffic Construction Investment Projects requests the People's Committee of Ben Tre City to direct the acceleration of implementation and handover of the Nguyen Dinh Chieu - Huynh Tan Phat intersection area no later than May 31, 2023 to deploy the intersection construction to complete the project on schedule.

The Rach Vong Bridge Construction Project in Ben Tre City, Ben Tre Province has a total investment of 329.8 billion VND (including site clearance costs). The investor is the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project is constructed by the Joint Venture of Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company - Nui Hong Joint Stock Company.

The construction scale of Rach Vong Bridge is 621.71m long. Of which, the bridge section is 348.41m long, including 9 spans; the bridge surface is 15.15m wide; the clearance and clearance are (50 × 7)m. The access road to the bridge starts at the intersection on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street and the end of the bridge slope on the side of My Thanh An Commune (Ward 8: Section from the intersection of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to the road along the riverbank belonging to the essential infrastructure project to stabilize the lives of residents in Ward 8 and Phu Hung Commune is about 190m; My Thanh An Commune: Section from Lac Long Quan Street to the end of the project is about 200m); arrange a drainage system along the road, sidewalks; trees at the intersections; lighting on the bridge and approach roads.
