In 2025, amidst complex natural disasters and floods that significantly impacted the lives of a segment of union members, trade unions at all levels in the province made efforts to implement many practical solutions and activities with a total budget of over 101 billion VND, making an important contribution to stabilizing the lives and morale of workers, creating trust and attachment to the Trade Union.
With the motto: "All union members and workers should have a happy Tet holiday," trade unions at all levels in the province are focusing their resources to the greatest extent ever to care for their members and workers. Grassroots trade unions, in coordination with enterprise leaders, are directly caring for 100% of their members.
The Provincial Labor Union has allocated nearly 12 billion VND, along with over 5 billion VND from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , to directly care for over 27,400 union members, representing nearly 17% of the total number of union members in the province, through practical activities such as: giving gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances; visiting and encouraging them at businesses and workers' dormitories; and organizing transportation to take union members and workers home for Tet safely and meaningfully.

The "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party" program and the "Trade Union Tet Market 2026" were held at three locations: GO! Supermarket in Thai Nguyen ; the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Culture House (Song Cong Ward); and the Cau River Pedestrian Street (Bac Kan Ward), creating opportunities for thousands of union members and workers to purchase essential goods at preferential prices through support vouchers.
