At 12 noon on August 1, many athletes were present at the Quang Tri General Museum (Dong Hoi Ward, Quang Tri Province) to register and receive bib numbers and race kits to participate in two sports tournaments: Aqua Warriors Quang Tri 2025 and Quang Tri International Marathon - Camel Cup 2025.
The atmosphere at the check-in area was bustling and exciting, promising an exciting and sporty season in this historic land.

In less than 24 hours, the series of large-scale multi-sport events organized by Dan Tri Newspaper in collaboration with Bolt Event will officially kick off in Quang Tri .

Since noon today, athletes have eagerly registered and received race kits in a vibrant, enthusiastic atmosphere, clearly showing their excitement before the start time.
Not only a procedural step, this is also the starting moment for the journey to conquer challenges, connecting the sports-loving community from all over to Quang Tri.

Athletes are carefully supported by the Organizing Committee throughout the registration, enrollment and race kit receiving process. From the instructions, information checking to receiving competition items, every step is arranged scientifically , quickly and friendly, creating a comfortable and secure feeling for athletes before the competition.

Jordan, an athlete from the UK, shares:
“I participated in Aqua Warriors in Ha Long Bay a few months ago and really enjoyed the experience. So when I heard about this tournament, I decided to sign up again. However, competing in both events at the same time will definitely be a big challenge.
I think this time it will be more difficult than in Ha Long, because the swimming competition area is no longer in a sheltered bay but in the open sea, where the waves are bigger and the weather conditions are much more unpredictable. But that makes me even more excited."

Athlete Ton Nu My Ngoc shared:
“This is the third time I have participated in the Aqua Warriors tournament organized by Dan Tri Newspaper . In previous seasons, I always finished in the top 2, so this time I wanted to challenge myself in a new event - the Olympic Aqua Relay and I will be in charge of the swimming competition. Personally, I find that swimming in the sea gives me a feeling of freedom and strength compared to swimming in the lake."
"In particular, I am very impressed with the way the Organizing Committee accompanies and supports the athletes. We were able to record beautiful competition moments, from images to film, which are not only personal memories but also motivation to continue pursuing sports," My Ngoc excitedly said.

Athlete Nguyen Thi Kim Cuong (25 years old) returned to Aqua Warriors for the third consecutive time with a determined spirit:
“Every season is a new challenge, a new distance, and I always want to push my limits. This year, I chose to participate in the Olympic Aqua event, which requires endurance and careful preparation, so I have been training very seriously throughout. My goal is still to finish first."
"After this tournament, I will immediately join the national team in Da Nang to prepare for the upcoming 33rd SEA Games in Thailand. Aqua Warriors is not only a place to train physically, but also an important stepping stone for the journey to conquer the regional arena," Kim Cuong shared.

The event attracted a large number of athletes from many countries, spanning many different ages, from experienced professional athletes to enthusiastic amateurs.

Notably, many families also registered to participate together, turning the tournament into not only a sports playground but also an opportunity to connect and share passion for sports among generations in the family.

Le Bui Tuan Huy (8 years old, from Hai Phong) is one of the most adorable young athletes at this tournament. Starting to participate in running events since he was 6 years old, Huy was soon inspired by his passion from his mother, who regularly attends running events and always registers him to participate if the tournament has a category specifically for children.
For Huy, running is not just a physical activity, but also helps him improve his health, build a moderate lifestyle and learn how to manage his time. Despite his young age, Huy knows how to balance his studies and his passion for sports, a positive habit nurtured by his family and inspiring tournaments like this.

Mr. Duong Minh Quang (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) is a first-time participant in the tournament organized by Dan Tri Newspaper in Quang Tri. Mr. Quang and his companion traveled more than 500km by motorbike from Hanoi to Quang Tri, departing at 3am on July 31 and arriving at 2pm the same day.

Mr. Quang said the reason he chose a motorbike instead of other means of transport was to have the opportunity to stop and visit historical sites along the Central region - as a journey of gratitude and discovery before officially entering the competition.
“This is the first tournament I have participated in, and I am really excited and delighted by the vibrant, professional atmosphere. Being able to compete and experience history and culture at the same time, for me, this is an extremely memorable journey,” Quang shared.

The Aqua Warriors Quang Tri 2025 tournament will take place on August 2, promising to bring fierce competitions underwater. Then, August 3 will be the highlight with the Quang Tri International Marathon 2025 - Camel Cup event, gathering thousands of domestic and international athletes.

Bao Ninh Beach (Dong Hoi Ward, Quang Tri Province) is the venue for the Aqua Warriors Quang Tri 2025 (combined swimming and running) tournament on August 2, with 5 very attractive competition events.
All swimming competitions will be held at the beach area connecting to Hoang Van walking street, in the international tourist urban area Regal Legend.
With a wide open sea surface, clear blue water and terrain suitable for outdoor sports activities, the swimming area is designed to ensure both safety and professional competition experience. This is also a location that has been highly appreciated for its ability to organize large-scale marine sports competitions.

After the swimming competition, the athletes will enter the running competition on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, a prominent coastal road in Dong Hoi Ward. With a flat, spacious and well-paved road surface, this route was chosen to ensure maximum performance as well as safety for the athletes.
Meanwhile, Quang Tri International Marathon 2025 - Camel Cup will take place on August 3 with competition distances of 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km.
According to the plan, all athletes will start from Ho Chi Minh Square, Hung Vuong Street, Dong Hoi Ward, Quang Tri Province - a symbolic location in the heart of the city. The starting time of each distance will take place from 3:00 to 5:00 a.m. on August 3, divided into time slots to ensure order and safety during the competition.

The Organizing Committee would like to thank the partners for their trust and support at the two events Quang Tri International Marathon 2025 - Camel Cup and Aqua Warriors Quang Tri 2025.
