The National Assembly delegation met with voters of Cho Quan, An Dong, Cho Lon, Chanh Hung, Binh Dong, Phu Dinh, Hoa Binh , Phu Tho, Binh Thoi, and Minh Phung wards in person and online.
The National Assembly delegation informed voters about the program and expected contents of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; activities of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation, and the socio-economic situation of the country in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular since the beginning of the year.
At the conference, voters made recommendations on a number of issues related to social security policies; there should be specific assessments of the results achieved, difficulties, and causes of limitations after a period of operating a two-level local government; recommendations on improving digital skills for people to access public services quickly and conveniently; the management and use of public assets after the administrative unit arrangement to avoid waste; strengthening training to improve the qualifications of civil servants to meet the work of the new government apparatus and to better serve the people; the problem of online fraud and the use of high technology is currently becoming increasingly sophisticated, causing confusion among the people...
In addition, voters also made recommendations on a number of issues related to personal cases.
On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, comrade Le Minh Tri fully received the opinions of the voters. These are recommendations that are very close to the current practical situation, including practical issues in the daily lives of the people and macro-level issues that are related to the law. At the same time, it was clearly stated that any cases that are under local responsibility will be transferred to the local level for research and timely answers to the voters. Regarding the contents related to the authority of higher levels, the delegation took note and will make recommendations to the relevant ministries and branches as well as at the upcoming National Assembly session.
He also exchanged some information and answered some concerns of voters.
Regarding the issue of amending the Land Law raised by voters, he emphasized that we have recently amended the Land Law and will continue to amend and perfect it in accordance with the current practical situation, resolving problems that have arisen in the recent past, contributing to effective, fair and reasonable land use.
Regarding some recommendations related to specific cases, comrade Le Minh Tri expressed his sympathy with the thoughts, wishes and concerns of voters and said that people need to transfer specific documents and petitions so that they can be transferred to the right competent authority for full, timely and proper resolution.
The Delegation will also closely monitor the cases to ensure they are resolved quickly.
