Xuyen A Industrial Park Phase 3 project invested by Ngoc Phong Joint Stock Company has a scale of more than 177 hectares, total investment capital of 3,560 billion VND ; this is the second project chaired by the Economic Zone Management Board in coordination with relevant departments and branches to appraise and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision according to the new process - ensuring strict compliance with regulations and progress. According to the planning of Tay Ninh province for the period 2021-2030, the whole province has 59 industrial parks with an area of 16,800 hectares. To date, 46 industrial parks have been established with a total planning area of 14,507 hectares, of which 32 industrial parks are eligible to receive investment with an occupancy rate of nearly 70%; more than 1,000 hectares of clean land are ready for lease. The province's industrial parks have attracted 2,490 projects (including 1,403 FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of 17.3 billion USD and 1,087 domestic projects with a total registered investment capital of 217,517 billion VND), creating jobs for nearly 350,000 workers working in the industrial parks.
