Reporting on the results of the contest, Major General Dao Xuan Long, Director of the Department of Cryptographic Technical Management, Government Cipher Committee, assessed: The standing agency, the Department of Cryptographic Technical Management, has developed the contest content, questions, and answers in a rigorous and scientific manner. The Organizing Committee, the Examination Council, the Jury, the Marking Team, the Secretary, and the Technical Assurance Team have conducted the contest scientifically, in accordance with the regulations, organized the marking, and synthesized the results to ensure objectivity, accurately assessing the level of each athlete.

The athletes demonstrated solid professional knowledge and the ability to perform practical subjects proficiently. The competition process always promoted the spirit of solidarity, learning, and competing with each other; strictly following the rules and regulations of the competition.

This competition has some subjects with higher results than the 6th Vietnam Cryptography Technical Competition in 2021.

Besides, although participating for the first time, the athletes in the "technical assurance" category - a new feature of this year's competition - demonstrated good skills in organizing and implementing solutions and cryptographic products to secure information technology systems.

Major General Nguyen Huu Hung, Deputy Head of the Government Cipher Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, spoke at the closing ceremony.

According to the organizers, initial results show that adding this subject is necessary, in line with the orientation of improving the quality of implementation work, ensuring technical assurance in the new situation; demonstrating progress in organizing training, in line with practical requirements set forth in the context of the Party and State promoting the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation; implementing a two-level local government model.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Army's cryptographic athletes; the Cryptographic Technical Academy's athletes won the Second Prize; the People's Public Security and Party-Government's cryptographic athletes won the Third Prize; the Diplomatic cryptographic athletes won the Encouragement Prize, along with 37 individual prizes.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Major General Nguyen Huu Hung, Deputy Head of the Government Cipher Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, emphasized: The success of the contest is a testament to the solidarity and coordination between agencies and units. Many teams and individuals achieved outstanding results, demonstrating their level, courage and creativity during the contest.

Thereby, it affirms that the key training movement in the whole industry has gone into depth, closely following reality, suitable for organization, staffing, and professional equipment to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.

Faced with complicated developments in the world and the region, the Vietnamese Cryptography industry has a consistent goal: Building and developing a revolutionary, disciplined, and modern industry; the cryptographic force is absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland, and the people, organized in a unified, tight, streamlined manner, operating effectively and efficiently; having advanced cryptographic science and technology to meet the requirements of information security and safety of the Party's leadership and direction, the State's management, and the armed forces' command in all situations.

To meet those goals, Major General Nguyen Huu Hung suggested that the key systems, agencies and units learn from the competition and develop strategic plans for training, fostering and coaching at the unit.

Athletes promote the results achieved in the competition in professional work, impart experience to comrades and teammates, and at the same time act as the nucleus for the learning and training movement at the grassroots level; team leaders and coaches study and absorb the strengths and good experiences of units and individuals with high achievements, creatively applying them to practical training work at the unit.
