On the morning of November 7th, tickets for the "Brother Says Hi" concert in Hanoi, scheduled for December 7th, officially went on sale, with prices ranging from 500,000 VND to 10 million VND.

Later, the organizers announced: "Early bird tickets sold out in 45 minutes," but did not disclose the exact number.

After 5 hours, tickets in the price categories from 500,000 VND to 2,600,000 VND were all sold out. Only tickets in the 4,000,000 VND and 10,000,000 VND categories remained.

By November 8th, the Ticketbox ticketing website showed that all tickets were sold out.

Currently, there is no official information from the organizers regarding the number of tickets sold. However, on social media and the Facebook page of the show "Anh trai say hi," many viewers have expressed regret for not being able to buy tickets in time.

"We arrived early but couldn't buy any tickets"; "We waited forever but it was still not our turn to buy tickets"; "It was impossible to get tickets, even with four people trying together"; "They opened two sales rounds, each lasting about an hour, and all the cheaper tickets were gone, leaving only the two most expensive ones. After one day, they closed the system without announcing the next sales round. The organizers have left fans completely confused"... commented the audience.

Benefits of different ticket categories at the "Brother Overcomes a Thousand Obstacles" concert.

Similarly, tickets for the "Brother Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles" concert in Hanoi, taking place on December 14th, will also go on sale on November 12th. Tickets will range in price from 800,000 VND to 8 million VND, with corresponding benefits.

Fans commented that the show's ticket sales were as fast as the concert in Ho Chi Minh City on September 19th. Prior to that, the concert had already sold over 20,000 tickets within 90 minutes of going on sale.

Audiences are upset because their tickets were canceled even though they had already paid.

During the early ticket sales, the organizers of "Brother Say Hi" limited the number of tickets, leading to many audience members waiting a long time but finding no tickets of their choice or receiving error messages during the booking process.

On a ticket exchange forum with over 60,000 members, one viewer wrote: "Don't celebrate too soon after the money has been deducted. Many tickets have been cancelled."

On the Ticketbox fanpage, some viewers expressed frustration after their tickets were canceled despite successful payment, and they haven't received a refund yet.

Audience member Thao Phuong wrote: "I need a clear answer to this issue because many people are experiencing the same situation as me. Money has been deducted and I don't know when I'll get it back, and tickets have been canceled. People feel very frustrated."

This person expressed dissatisfaction upon receiving Ticketbox's explanation of the incident: "Order cancellations can be due to various reasons. The ticket was canceled because it wasn't successfully confirmed. For canceled orders, the system will process the refund within 7-14 days."

Currently, the organizers of the "Brother Says Hi" concert have not commented on the incident.

Fans lined up to watch the "Brother Says Hi" concert in Ho Chi Minh City.

The black market is bustling, but there are warnings about scams.

In this context, tickets for the "Brother Says Hi" concert are also being sold briskly on the black market.

On social media, groups like "Buying and selling concert tickets for 'Brother Says Hi', 'Brother Overcomes Thousands of Obstacles'", and "Passing on tickets for 'Brother Says Hi'" have tens of thousands of members.

According to reports, resale prices are currently 300,000 to 1 million VND higher than the original price, depending on the ticket category and the distance between the seat and the stage.

However, many viewers also voiced warnings about scams when buying, selling, or exchanging tickets.

On a ticket exchange forum with over 60,000 participants, a user commented on the scammers' methods as follows: "When questioned by customers about using anonymous Facebook accounts for exchanges, the scammers will claim they lost their accounts because they had been working in the ticket-hunting business for 3 years and were therefore flagged."

Later, they claimed they received tickets for many people, so they sent the email late, but then said that sending too many emails caused an error, so they sent the QR code via Messenger instead. After the customer transferred the money, this person even interacted with the customer to build trust, then immediately locked the account and disappeared."

Another audience member said they were introduced to open a card by someone claiming to be aVIB bank employee in order to receive concert tickets for "Anh trai say hi" (Brother Says Hi).

However, when this person contacted the bank directly, VIB affirmed: "When VIB staff contact you, they will not ask you to access any links or request card information. Anyone contacting you using methods like Zalo, Facebook, or other social media platforms requesting card information such as card number, CVV, OTP, etc., is impersonating someone else."

The hotel was fully booked a month in advance.

There are very few hotel rooms available around the My Dinh area on December 7th and 8th.

Previously, on November 4th, the "Brother Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles" program announced the concert venue at Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 ( Hung Yen ).

Less than an hour after the venue was announced, the homestay system operated by Vinpearl, with over 800 rooms near the concert site, was fully booked for both December 14-15.

Rooms for groups of 2-6 people, priced from 300,000 VND/night to 730,000 VND/night, were all quickly booked in advance.

Many people have to go through agents or small intermediaries, but the cost is increased by 2-3 times.

Some audience members, even before securing tickets, had already booked rooms. Previously, the organizers announced that concert ticket buyers would receive a 30% discount on room rates, but rooms were already fully booked even before ticket sales officially opened.
