Duc Phu village, Tam Thanh commune has a natural area of 1,500 hectares, with 11 solidarity groups, 282 households, and 986 people. Overcoming the difficulties of the mountainous area, over the years, Duc Phu village Party Cell with 37 party members has led the residential area to achieve many outstanding results.

The village maintains a total annual rice sowing area of 8 hectares, with an average yield of 45-50 quintals/ha, cassava about 10 hectares, with a yield of 70-80 quintals/ha, hybrid corn: 5 hectares, yield of 30 quintals/ha, peanuts: 6 hectares, yield of 19 quintals/ha. The total herd of buffaloes is 25, the herd of cows: 170, the herd of pigs: 150;

Every year, Duc Phu villagers harvest about ^16,000m3 of acacia wood and replant all harvested areas. In addition, the village has more than 150 workers working in enterprises and over 15 trading and business households, contributing to creating a fairly stable source of income.

The fields of culture - society , government building, and the front have many positive changes, national defense - security are maintained. Duc Phu village has become the first "model new rural village" of Tam Thanh commune.

The Congress elected 5 comrades to the Executive Committee for the 2024-2027 term, elected comrade Nguyen Van Duc to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary and passed the resolution with high consensus.
