According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan, CEO of the sole finishing factory, success comes from clearly allocating targets to each line and each production team; at the same time, enhancing technical innovation, controlling progress and product quality. “Managing production now is not only about running orders, but also the art of managing costs, efficiency and people. We assign specific targets to each line and each team, ensuring control of progress and quality, while at the same time, optimizing costs and increasing income for workers,” Mr. Tuan shared.
Labor safety is also given special attention. The company maintains a security team of 30 people on duty in 3 shifts, and has built a rapid response force of 151 people who are regularly trained in fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue skills. Initiatives to save electricity, optimize production lines, and control product defects also contribute to improving productivity and reducing waste.
