The Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Dong Hoi City was dismissed from all positions in the Party.

On April 17, the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission provided information on its 33rd and 34th sessions, chaired by Standing Committee member and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Le Van Bao.

Accordingly, the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed and implemented the conclusions of its inspection regarding suspected violations by Party organizations and members at the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department and the Dong Hoi City Civil Enforcement Sub-Department. The Inspection Commission found that the Party Committee of the Dong Hoi City Civil Enforcement Sub-Department violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; lacked leadership, guidance, inspection, and supervision, resulting in some Party members failing to strictly implement directives from higher levels, affecting the prestige of the Party organization, and causing negative public opinion among cadres and Party members, to the extent that disciplinary action was necessary.

Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Le Van Bao, presided over the meeting.

Former Party Committee member and former Director of the Provincial Enforcement Department, Mai Cong Danh, is held responsible as the head for the violations and shortcomings as concluded by the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Justice ; he failed to strictly implement directives from superiors, violated the principle of democratic centralism, and violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, thereby diminishing his own prestige and affecting the prestige of the Party organization and the agency where he works, to the extent that disciplinary action is necessary.

Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan, Party Secretary and Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Dong Hoi City, is held responsible as the head for violations and shortcomings as concluded by the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Justice; she failed to strictly implement directives from superiors, violated the principle of democratic centralism, and regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, thereby diminishing her own prestige and affecting the prestige of the Party organization and the agency where she works, to the extent that disciplinary action is required.

Considering the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violations, and based on Party regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of a reprimand against the Party Committee of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency of Dong Hoi City for the 2020-2025 term; disciplinary action in the form of a warning against former Party Committee member and former Director of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency, Mai Cong Danh; and disciplinary action in the form of dismissal from all Party positions against Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Party Committee of the Provincial Enforcement Department and the four party members to seriously learn from their mistakes.
