Industrial production index increased by more than 7.6%

According to the Dong Nai Statistics Office, the industrial production index in the province in March 2025 increased by more than 7.6% compared to the previous month. Of which, the processing and manufacturing industry increased by nearly 6.5%; the mining industry increased by nearly 5%; the production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, and steam increased by more than 43%; water supply, waste and wastewater management and treatment activities increased by nearly 1%.

However, the processing and manufacturing industry plays the most important role in Dong Nai 's industrial production. Because each year, there are 5-6 processing and manufacturing products of the province with export turnover of over 1 billion USD such as: machinery and equipment manufacturing; electronic products, computers; wood products...

The industrial production index in the first quarter of 2025 increased by more than 7.4% over the same period last year and in particular, 26/27 main manufacturing industries grew quite well such as: wood products, footwear, chemicals, means of transport, paper products.
