Details of McLaren 750S celebrating 30 years of Le Mans victory

McLaren has just launched the limited edition 750S Le Mans with the MSO High Downforce Kit (HDK) package, which is modeled after the legendary McLaren F1 GTR.

On 18 June 1995, the McLaren F1 GTR number 59, driven by JJ Lehto, Yannick Dalmas and Masanori Sekiya, won the gruelling 24-hour race. To mark this memorable milestone, McLaren introduced a special 750S version called the 750s Le Mans with an MSO package that increased the car's aerodynamic downforce.

Paying homage to the legendary F1 GTR car #59, the 750S Le Mans features a distinctive Le Mans Grey exterior paint finish, alongside the optional McLaren Orange. The special paint job also includes a roof scoop and Le Mans-style 5-spoke wheels.

With the new MSO package - High Downforce Kit - the car continues to score points with its impressive appearance thanks to the enhanced active carbon fiber rear wing, integrated with additional side panels.

Combined with a larger carbon fiber rear wing and front bumper, the 750S Le Mans car's downforce is increased by 10% compared to the standard 750S, improving track performance and recalling the aerodynamic details of the McLaren F1 LM.

Completing the High Downforce Kit is a carbon fiber under spoiler, painted in body color and complete with gloss black air vents.

For the interior, customers can choose between two color schemes: Carbon Black with Dove Grey or Carbon Black with McLaren Orange. In addition, the car is also decorated with details related to the Le Mans race and a plaque marking the limited number of 50 cars.

Another special option is the McLaren Racing Achievement Plaque, listing the 1995 Le Mans win along with the Triple Crown (24 Hours of Le Mans, Monaco Grand Prix, Indianapolis 500) and many other victories. The plaque is mounted in the front luggage compartment and can be requested by all customers who purchase a new McLaren 750S.

Despite the design changes, the 750S Le Mans version does not compromise on performance – the mid-mounted, twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter M840T V8 produces 750 horsepower – the same as the standard, award-winning 750S in 2024.

The car also benefits from the racing-inspired carbon-fiber Monocage II chassis and Proactive Chassis Control III suspension, making the 750S the lightest and most agile car in its class. These features are further enhanced by the aerodynamic upgrades from the High Downforce Kit, delivering optimal performance on both the road and the track.

McLaren 750S Le Mans MSO HDK is limited to only 50 units worldwide with an undisclosed price. In Vietnam, the 750S costs from 20 billion VND, while the convertible 750S Spider costs from 21.7 billion VND.
