Sharing experiences in developing digital assets.

DNO - On the morning of May 29th, the University of Economics (University of Da Nang) collaborated with the French Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City to organize an international conference on the theme "Developing Digital Assets: Experiences from the Republic of France and Strategic Directions for a Vietnamese International Financial Center in Da Nang".

Attendees included Mr. Etienne Ranaivoson, Consul General of France in Ho Chi Minh City; representatives from the International Finance Centre in Da Nang; and numerous experts, policymakers, and representatives from domestic and international financial institutions.

The workshop clarified many issues, from the shift from traditional finance to digital finance; the legal framework for digital assets in France and Europe; the role of sandbox mechanisms in promoting innovation; legal risk management in the digital asset market... to recommendations for building a legal framework applicable to digital asset exchanges.

Through in-depth discussions and exchanges, the workshop recommended practical policies for building a legal framework for digital assets in Vietnam, while also creating a forum for connection between academia, regulatory agencies, and the business community in the context of the rapidly developing global digital economy .

More importantly, it contributes to strengthening international cooperation and academic connections in the field of digital finance, opening up many important directions to serve the process of building and operating the Vietnam International Finance Center in Da Nang in the future.
