Responding to reporters about the progress of the "Quang Trung Campaign" aimed at supporting people affected by floods, Deputy Minister Phung Duc Tien said that this year, the natural disaster situation has been complex with "storms upon storms" and "floods upon floods," causing heavy damage estimated at nearly 100,000 billion VND, resulting in 420 deaths and missing persons.
