Data provided at a conference in late December 2024 showed that Vietnam is currently the country with the third largest number of students studying abroad in the world , equivalent to 139,000 people. Countries with a large number of Vietnamese students studying abroad include the US, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Japan, South Korea, etc.
Recently, more than 1.1 million Vietnamese candidates have just completed the 2025 high school graduation exam, an exam that is considered to have good and difficult questions, especially in math and English. Many candidates plan to study abroad after graduating from high school, or many choose to study abroad while still in high school. Among them, many students have won scholarships to study at highly ranked universities in the world; received support for study and living expenses; and created many conditions during the learning process, and exchanged with international students.
Students and parents across the country are concerned about whether the difficult math and English tests in the 2025 high school graduation exam will affect their ability to apply for scholarships to study abroad. What study and extracurricular activities should students prepare to master English and effectively win scholarships to study abroad in the current context?
At 2:30 p.m. tomorrow, July 2, Thanh Nien Newspaper will organize an online consultation program on the topic: How to conquer English and study abroad scholarships? to answer the audience, parents, and students with noteworthy information about the above questions and concerns, and at the same time provide an overview of the current study abroad situation.
