Yersin University Dalat received the Third Class Labor Medal

Yersin University Dalat was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President, recognizing 21 years of construction and development, contributing high-quality human resources to Lam Dong province and the region.

On October 1, Yersin University of Dalat ( Lam Dong ) held a ceremony to receive the Third Class Labor Medal and open the 2025-2026 school year.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Minh, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, universities and colleges in the area; Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc, Permanent Vice President, General Director of TTC Group (the managing unit of Yersin University Dalat).

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, affirmed: "After more than 21 years of construction and development, Yersin University of Dalat has become a prestigious non-public higher education institution of the province and the region, training high-quality human resources in many fields, especially technology, administration, languages, tourism and health care".

Lam Dong province leaders requested Yersin University Da Lat to promote international cooperation in training, quality assessment, university ranking, joint training and student-teacher exchange; access to advanced programs in the world . The province expects Yersin University Da Lat to become a high-quality, prestigious non-public educational institution in Vietnam and reach international standards.

Dr. Pham Dinh Trung, Principal of Yersin University Dalat, said that the Third Class Labor Medal is a noble award, recognizing the persistent efforts of the staff, lecturers and students throughout the development journey. Over the past 20 years, the school has trained more than 15,000 bachelors, contributing quality human resources to many fields of the country.

He emphasized that this is not only a source of pride but also a responsibility for Yersin University Dalat to continue to affirm its position in education and training, promote scientific research, serve the community and accompany the development of Lam Dong province as well as the whole country.

On this occasion, Yersin University Dalat also held the opening ceremony of the 2025 - 2026 school year, with more than 1,400 new students enrolling in 26 training majors.

At the ceremony, Yersin University of Dalat, along with businesses of TTC Group and French non-governmental organization (L'Appel Association) awarded 218 scholarships, totaling nearly 2.4 billion VND, to students.
