On the morning of January 27th, Saigon Water Supply Corporation (SAWACO) organized a Tet market featuring essential goods and many local specialties for its water supply workers.

The Tet Fair held on the morning of January 27th in Ho Chi Minh City featured many meaningful activities such as giving Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances; and the signing ceremony for the "Union Member Welfare" program for 2026.

The organization also collaborates with reputable businesses and partners in various fields such as food, consumer goods, retail, and healthcare to provide essential, high-quality products at preferential prices specifically for union members and workers. This allows them to offer essential products and services at attractive discounted prices, helping union members and workers save on living expenses, especially during the Lunar New Year.

In addition, there is a Tet market with 24 diverse stalls from units throughout the corporation, offering a wide variety of practical products, brightly decorated in the colors of spring, creating a vibrant Tet shopping atmosphere.

Sharing his thoughts on this meaningful event, Mr. Huynh Duc Thanh, Chairman of the SAWACO Trade Union, said that the SAWACO 2026 festival took place in an atmosphere of great excitement and pride, as the entire Party and people celebrated the successful conclusion of the Party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party. It also looked forward to the 96th anniversary of the glorious founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the welcoming of the Year of the Horse 2026.

The event was a way to show care for the lives of water industry employees from units working to supply clean water to the 11 million people of the former Ho Chi Minh City.
