According to the investor of the Hue Intersection Interchange project (Da Nang city), which has been in use for nearly 10 years, the investor has not yet been paid in full. This investor recommends that detailed regulations on payment for BT projects be issued soon to resolve the issue for businesses. Based on the Investor's proposal and the document of the Department of Finance of Da Nang City, BT Nga Ba Hue Trung Nam Company Limited respectfully requests the Government Office, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Construction to pay attention and thoroughly handle the proposals of the investor and the People's Committee of Da Nang City.
The Hue Intersection Overpass Project has a total investment of over VND 2,050 billion, implemented under the BT contract form. The investor is Trung Nam Hue Intersection BT Company Limited and the competent state agency is the People's Committee of Da Nang City.
The Hue Intersection Overpass was put into use in 2015 and is a key traffic project in Da Nang. Although it has been in operation for nearly 10 years, the company has not yet been paid in full.
