The Office of the President said that President Vo Van Thuong has just decided to send birthday greetings to 1,632 citizens who are 100 years old (born in 1924) and over 100 years old from 14 provinces and cities across the country, including: Bac Lieu, Bac Kan, Ha Nam, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Tri, Bac Giang, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho, Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Yen Bai , Cao Bang and Lang Son.

Previously, at the end of December 2023, President Vo Van Thuong decided to send birthday greetings to 1,025 citizens who are 100 years old and over 100 years old in 10 provinces and cities, including: An Giang, Vinh Long, Bac Ninh, Quang Ngai, Ha Giang, Bac Giang, Dien Bien, Dak Nong, Tra Vinh and Phu Yen.
