The 2025 National Youth Informatics Competition - Central Region has the participation of hundreds of candidates at many levels. In his exam, Cong participated in a total of 3 exams with different levels of difficulty, requiring him to apply his knowledge and logical thinking ability to solve problems.

After nearly 3 hours of concentrating his strength and intelligence, Cong excellently achieved a total score of 238/300, becoming one of the contestants with the highest achievement in the competition. This is the "sweet fruit" of his hard work and efforts over the past time and has contributed to adding to the impressive list of achievements of this talented student.

“I am very happy and proud to have won first prize in the 2025 National Youth Informatics Competition - Central Region. This is the motivation for me to continue pursuing my passion for informatics,” Cong confided.

Since childhood, Cong has shown his love and passion for Computer Science. Every time he watches a video tutorial on how to write a game program or program, he is always fascinated, his eyes sparkling with happiness.

Realizing this, Mr. Thai Le Duy Hung, Cong's father, has oriented his son to live his passion to the fullest. Having expertise in the field of information technology, in addition to supporting and accompanying his son, Mr. Hung also lets his son attend classes taught by IT teachers.

“My family does not force anything, but only plays a guiding and accompanying role, allowing my child to freely choose and develop what is his forte. Fortunately, Cong is also a good, hard-working child with a high spirit of self-study. My wife and I are very proud of him,” said Mr. Hung.

Serious research, study and pursuit of passion for information technology have helped Cong achieve success in both academics and intellectual playgrounds. In addition to the first prize in the 2025 National Youth Information Technology Competition - Central Region, he also won the second prize in the provincial excellent student in Information Technology in the 2024 - 2025 school year; the second prize in the Central - Central Highlands Informatics Olympiad; the third prize in the Hue-ICT Challenge 2025...

Not only that, Cong also won the second prize at the provincial level in 2023 and the first prize at the city level in 2025 at the Youth Innovation Contest with technology products that he wrote the program for himself such as: GPT Chat integrated testing software; eye protection software using open database or robot using C language, integrated with AI.

Sharing his experience in studying Computer Science effectively, Cong said: When studying, I always pay attention to the teacher's lectures. In addition to class hours, at home I often spend a lot of time researching and exploring the features of the computer and solving exercises using many different methods.

In my opinion, the most important thing is to be passionate, curious, and creative. Because unlike other subjects, Information Technology has its own characteristics, requiring regular updating of knowledge and solutions according to international standards. “Every day, I spend time watching programming videos to self-study and practice my skills. For me, Information Technology is always an attractive world where I always want to learn and explore,” Cong excitedly shared.

Being an excellent student for 8 consecutive years, and having achieved many achievements in big and small competitions, Thai Thanh Cong always tells himself that he needs to make efforts and improve his knowledge to strive for the best results. With his efforts and passion for information technology, I am sure that Cong will go further on his journey to conquer new heights of knowledge and technology.
