Presenting the decision and speaking at the ceremony, the President expressed his joy on behalf of the Party and State leaders to present the decision to promote military ranks and assign tasks to four officers of the People's Army and the People's Public Security right on the occasion when the entire Party, people and army are competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security force.
Congratulating the four comrades who have just been promoted to military ranks and titles, the President affirmed that this is a recognition and appreciation of the comrades' learning, striving and dedication, and at the same time demonstrates the trust of the Party, State, Central Military Commission, and Central Public Security Party Committee in them.
