National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue sincerely thanked the King and Queen of Thailand for their hospitality, which was a very special exception, demonstrating the affection and close relationship between the two countries. National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue respectfully conveyed to the King and Queen the greetings and best wishes of health from General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Vo Van Thuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and other senior leaders of Vietnam.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue informed King Maha Vajiralongkorn of the good results of the talks and meetings with the Speakers of the House of Representatives and the Senate, the Prime Minister of Thailand, and the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the two parliaments. The National Assembly Chairman expressed his belief that under the wise reign of the King, the National Assembly, the Government and the people of Thailand will continue to achieve greater achievements in national construction and development, and play an increasingly important role in the region and the world . The National Assembly Chairman affirmed that Vietnam always attaches importance to further strengthening the Enhanced Strategic Partnership with Thailand and hopes that the two countries will soon upgrade their relationship to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in the near future.

The King of Thailand highly appreciated the significance of the visit of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, emphasizing that Thailand and Vietnam are two close neighboring countries with long-standing relations, so it is necessary to continue to strengthen the relationship. King Maha Vajiralongkorn congratulated the good developments in the relationship between the two countries and congratulated the two National Assemblies on signing the Cooperation Agreement. The King recalled the good impressions of Vietnam during his visits in 1992 and 1997 as Crown Prince. The King agreed with the proposal of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, hoping that the King, the Royal Family and the Thai Government would continue to create favorable conditions for the Vietnamese community in Thailand, support and develop Vietnamese culture and language in Thailand, including President Ho Chi Minh relic sites, Vietnamese pagodas, Vietnam Street, and the Vietnam Studies Center.

The National Assembly Chairman highly appreciated the visits to Vietnam by His Majesty the Crown Prince and members of the Thai Royal Family; affirming that these were important events, contributing to consolidating and enhancing the friendship and cooperation in all aspects between the two countries. The National Assembly Chairman announced that he would visit Udon Thani province and thanked Thailand for supporting the establishment of the first Vietnamese Street in Thailand and the world.

On this occasion, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue respectfully conveyed the invitation of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and President Vo Van Thuong to the King and Queen of Thailand to visit Vietnam at a suitable time.
