Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested: Strictly carry out patrols, guarding, promptly detect incidents, protect dykes during storm and flood season

BAC NINH - Implementing Official Dispatch No. 12/CD-BCĐ-BNNMT dated October 5, 2025 of the National Civil Defense Steering Committee on implementing measures to respond to storm No. 11, in Official Dispatch No. 3231/UBND-KTN, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan requested departments, branches, socio-political organizations of the province and People's Committees of communes and wards in the province to urgently deploy measures to respond to storm No. 11.

Specifically, strictly implement the relevant contents according to the direction of the National Civil Defense Steering Committee in the above document; at the same time, continue to implement the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Document No. 3216/UBND-KTN dated October 4, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Proactively respond to storms and floods.

Departments and branches, according to their functions, state management tasks and assigned tasks, proactively direct and coordinate with localities to respond to storms and floods.

Require leaders of departments, branches and localities to strictly direct implementation, avoid subjectivity, negligence, loss of vigilance... especially in duty, patrol, guard, and incident detection.

Heads of departments, branches and localities are fully responsible before the law and before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in case of incidents causing dike insecurity due to failure to patrol and guard the dike in accordance with the provisions of law.

Regularly update information and promptly report to the Civil Defense Command (Standing Office: Provincial Military Command) and the Department of Agriculture and Environment (through the Irrigation Sub-Department) for synthesis and advice on direction and operation.
