(Baoquangngai.vn) - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang inspected the Bridge and Road project connecting the center of Son Tinh district to Tu Nghia district (Tra Khuc 3 bridge) and the Investment project to build an anti-erosion embankment combined with creating land fund on the north bank of Tra Khuc river, through Tinh An and Tinh Long communes ( Quang Ngai city).
Also attending on the afternoon of April 9 were leaders of relevant departments, agencies, sectors and localities. Both projects are invested by the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (Management Board). Of which, the Tra Khuc 3 Bridge project has a route length of 2.55km, with a total investment of 850 billion VND.

Up to now, Son Tinh and Tu Nghia districts have handed over 100% of the site to the contractor for construction. The project implementation volume has reached 94%. This is one of the projects to welcome the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The Management Board is focusing on directing the acceleration of construction progress to basically complete the project in April 2025 and organize the acceptance and handover of the project for exploitation and use in June 2025.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism completed the procedures and legal documents to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to decide on the name of the bridge according to regulations.

The Department of Construction reviews the procedures to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision to upgrade the provincial road for the vertical axis No. 08 according to the approved plan. Thereby, creating traffic connectivity, maximizing the efficiency of the Tra Khuc 3 Bridge project, contributing to promoting the economic and social development of the province.

Up to now, 5.06/5.16 hectares of embankment construction site have been handed over to the construction unit, reaching a rate of 98%. The project implementation volume reached 91%. Comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang said that after completion, the project will create a highlight, changing the urban appearance of Quang Ngai City.
Relevant departments, branches and localities actively coordinate to implement compensation, site clearance and complete construction according to the set schedule. Timely advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles in the process of project implementation.
