At the meeting, relevant agencies presented the content of each case, proposed solutions in accordance with legal regulations for each case, along with opinions, recommendations and legitimate aspirations of the people.
Accordingly, Mr. Tran Van Nu's family (in Phu Duc quarter, Bong Son ward) complained that the Decision of the Chairman of Hoai Nhon town People's Committee (formerly) on revoking the Land Use Right Certificate of his family was not in accordance with regulations.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang's family (in De Gi commune) complained about 3 issues, including requesting the relevant authorities to revoke the land reclamation decision and carry out procedures to change the land use purpose for his family; directing the handling of Mr. Huynh Minh Kiem's encroachment on the road; and at the same time handling local government leaders for violations in the land sector.
After listening to the wishes of each household and reporting on solutions from departments, branches and sectors, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan affirmed that the provincial leaders always listen and resolve each case of citizen complaints and petitions in a reasonable manner in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Regarding Mr. Tran Van Nu's family, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that the complaint was correct and requested the relevant authorities and localities to return the Land Use Rights Certificate to his family.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has directed the inspection, handling and resolution of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang's complaints. Accordingly, the People's Committee of De Gi commune is required to change the land use purpose for his family, determine the boundary to adjust the road direction and dismantle the concrete road in accordance with reality.
In case Mr. Quang does not agree with the handling plan, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee will issue a Notice of termination of the case. At the same time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Chairman of the People's Committee of De Gi commune to work with Mr. Huynh Minh Kiem to move the fence back 3 meters, creating conditions for building a concrete road following the old roadbed, and dismantling the concrete road through his land to restore the original state.
