Most of the opinions of households revolved around issues related to land: from inadequacies in granting land use right certificates, forest land planning, to consequences from construction projects, hydropower, road expansion affecting cultivated land, people's lives and traffic safety.

He seriously listened to each case, asking the relevant localities, departments and branches to explain in detail. From there, he gave drastic, clear and decisive instructions, demonstrating his determination to thoroughly resolve the problems and ensure the legitimate rights of the people.

A typical case mentioned is the family of Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc (Da Son village, Da K'Nang commune, Dam Rong district). His family has "knocked on the door" of many places over the past 5 years because his family's 2.7 hectares of coffee were flooded by the hydroelectric plant. After listening to the details, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his understanding of the difficulties that Mr. Phuoc's family had to endure. He directed the Department of Industry and Trade to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and the People's Committee of Dam Rong district to establish a provincial working group to quickly inspect the situation, find out the cause and propose a definitive solution.

He also emphasized that if the hydropower company commits a violation, it must be responsible for full compensation to the people in accordance with the law.
