To implement the construction of Model Cultural Villages in the area, Vinh Phuc has issued a set of criteria applicable to the implementation process at Model Cultural Villages with a total of 14 major criteria and 58 component criteria.
Thu Ich Cultural Village, Lien Chau Commune (Yen Lac) achieved the highest with 9/14 criteria for building a model Cultural Village.
Up to now, the progress in achieving the criteria is still quite slow, with only 2 units meeting the criteria for housing and auxiliary works; 2 units meeting the criteria for energy and lighting infrastructure; and 6 units meeting the criteria for information and communication infrastructure.
3 units meet the criteria for culture and sports; 1 unit meets the criteria for education; 9 units meet the criteria for healthcare; 5 units meet the criteria for people's cemeteries; 1 unit meets the criteria for living environment; 19 units meet the criteria for political system, national defense, security and social order; 25 units meet the criteria for compliance with laws, village covenants and conventions.
No unit has yet achieved 100% of the component criteria in the set of 4 criteria including: Architectural planning; Traffic infrastructure; Commercial infrastructure and Economic development.
