Prepare conditions to start construction of 3 industrial parks on August 19

(DN) - On the afternoon of August 1, Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province worked with departments, branches, localities and investors of 3 industrial park projects: Long Duc 3, Bau Can - Tan Hiep, Xuan Que - Song Nhan on the progress of project implementation, problems that need to be resolved to prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony on August 19.

Accordingly, Long Duc 3 Industrial Park has an area of ​​over 244 hectares, with an estimated infrastructure investment capital of 1.6 trillion VND. Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park Phase 1 and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park Phase 1 both have an area of ​​1,000 hectares and are located next to Long Thanh International Airport; These two industrial parks have an infrastructure investment capital of about 9 trillion VND/park. These are large industrial parks of the province to serve the purpose of meeting the land lease needs of investors in Dong Nai.

At the meeting, representatives of the investor and departments, branches and localities presented the progress of implementation and some problems of the projects that need to be resolved soon. Accordingly, the work of preparing basic planning documents ensures progress. Regarding the site clearance, the investor is coordinating with the communes and the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to conduct inventory and determine specific land prices, as a basis for valuation and compensation. The investor also recommended that the province pay attention to the issue of connecting traffic infrastructure, including Provincial Road 770B, the section passing through the two industrial parks of Bau Can - Tan Hiep and Xuan Que - Song Nhan, which needs to be upgraded synchronously soon.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc stated: The three industrial parks mentioned above play a very important role. The investor has registered with the province to perform the groundbreaking ceremony of the project on August 19. However, the progress of the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony is currently quite slow.

Therefore, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested units, localities and investors to urgently complete related tasks. Communes with projects must soon establish compensation and resettlement support councils; land valuation councils for projects... The tasks must be completed before August 15. To prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony, the investor coordinated with localities and the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group to choose a convenient location to perform the groundbreaking ceremony, creating a mindset to quickly implement the project to serve the province's investment attraction goal.
