Carefully prepare for the first Congress of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030

(gialai.gov.vn) - On the morning of August 6, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee convened a meeting of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to approve a number of contents to prepare for the first Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Chairing the meeting were comrades: Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Thu Hoa - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. Also attending were comrades of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee; members of the Inspection Committee, Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.

Conference Scene

According to the report at the Conference, up to now, the preparation work for the congress has been carried out methodically, thoughtfully and on schedule. The First Congress of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 is expected to take place in 02 days (August 24 and 25, 2025) with the participation of about 350 official delegates and guests.

At the Conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Thu Hoa approved the proposal for opinions on not developing and promulgating the Inspection and Supervision Program of the Provincial Party Committee in 2025; asking for opinions on the list of delegates to the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee was allocated 39 delegates to attend the Congress (Including: 21 ex-officio delegates who are members of the Provincial Party Committee; 18 appointed delegates; 02 alternate delegates). With a sense of responsibility, the delegates attending the Conference focused on discussing and voting to approve the list of delegates to the Congress with 100% of the delegates present in favor.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee is a large Party Committee with more than 10,000 Party members. Therefore, he requested that the preparation for the congress must be carried out carefully and thoughtfully. The congress must demonstrate its scale and political significance with a serious spirit and create a vibrant competitive atmosphere.

Comrade Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke.

He requested members of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, branches and affiliated Party Committees to uphold their sense of responsibility, study the political report and review report of the Party Committee to contribute their enthusiastic opinions to the congress documents. The affiliated Party grassroots organizations must identify the key tasks of the sector to propose strategic and breakthrough solutions, thereby creating momentum for socio -economic development for the province.

In addition, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested that affiliated party organizations and bases prepare activities to welcome the congress in many forms such as: Propaganda through banners, slogans, and welcome articles before the congress./.
