"Border Journey" program in Simacai district

On the afternoon of April 18, at Kindergarten No. 2 of Si Ma Cai town, Si Ma Cai district, the Youth Union of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the youth unions under the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Government jointly organized the program "Border Journey" in 2025.

The "Border Journey" program in 2025 in Si Ma Cai district has many meaningful activities such as: cultural and artistic performances, giving gifts to a number of schools and border guard units.

Give gifts to local schools.

Specifically, at the program, the Youth Union presented 50 foam floor coverings, 3 solar hot water systems, 3 water purifiers, 2 hot and cold water dispensers, 2 outdoor toy sets to Kindergarten No. 2 of Si Ma Cai town; presented 230 red flag shirts with yellow stars to Primary School No. 2 of Si Ma Cai town; presented 2,000 notebooks to Nan San Primary Boarding School and Primary School No. 2 of Si Ma Cai town. In addition, 2 sets of computers and 1 printer were presented to Si Ma Cai Border Guard Station.

The total value of the gifts is more than 100 million VND, the funding source is taken from socialized sources, donated and supported by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics .

Within the framework of the program, the union organizations organized a special cultural night at the district's Ethnic Boarding Secondary and High School (photo above).

The program "Border Journey" contributes to sharing difficulties and strengthening solidarity between youth union members, teachers, students and people living and working in border areas.
