Art program to celebrate the Congress of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee "Under the light of glory"

With the theme "Under the glorious light", the art program took place at 3 stages: Saigon ward, Binh Duong ward, Ba Ria ward, broadcast live on Ho Chi Minh City Radio and Television, and other media infrastructures of the City.

After three days of urgent, democratic, intellectual and responsible work (from October 13 to 15), the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee was a great success. The discussions and resolutions at the Congress left a strong mark of the spirit of innovation and breakthrough, which is the guiding principle for the entire 2025-2030 period and a longer-term vision. The success of the Congress is the flame that inspires confidence in millions of cadres, party members and people of the City.

In the 50-year journey of reconstruction and development, under the light of the Party and Ho Chi Minh's ideology, Binh Duong has become an industrial machine weaving a new coat for the country. Ba Ria-Vung Tau is like a thousand-year-old door to the sea, becoming a treasure trove of oil and gas and tourism with the rich scent of ocean breeze. Ho Chi Minh City is where generations of people have created a vibrant, creative and affectionate life.

From their own stories, these three lands today no longer stand alone, but merge together like three branches of a river flowing into the ocean. The 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee is promoting the power of resonance, keeping up with the breath of the times, so that the stature of Ho Chi Minh City today is not only "three in one" but "three into one".

The success of the Congress is the opening drumbeat, a firm promise to the future, building a global city. Where culture flourishes with economics and politics, where the environment is sustainable with security and defense, where national identity blends with the pace of the times.

The program consists of three chapters: "Forever Bright Belief", "Bright City" and "Pride of Vietnam". The opening part is a musical space filled with the red color of the Party flag and the national flag, recreating the glorious journey of 95 years of the Communist Party of Vietnam, 80 years of National Day and 50 years of national reunification. In the second part, the program leads the audience to the lands closely associated with the development process of Ho Chi Minh City. The third part "Pride of Vietnam" opens up a space towards the sea, affirming the sovereignty and stature of the country, linking the Fatherland's belief with the City named after Uncle Ho.

The show ended with a choir performance, fireworks lighting up the sky, and the resounding song "Spring in Ho Chi Minh City" - a symbolic song of faith, solidarity and aspiration to rise of the City named after Uncle Ho.

The art program “Under the glorious light” includes famous revolutionary songs, combined with many compositions by young musicians, expressing the strong vitality of a new, dynamic and creative City.
